We offer two different kinds of chorizo sausages, Mexican and Salvadorean. Both are seasoned with adobo sauce, yet are a bit different from each other. To simply put it, they both look different in terms of presentation, the Mexican being a long strand of sausage, and the Salvadorean being short little sausages stringed together by their own casing. Also, the Mexican Chorizo is made out of pork, where as the Salvadorean is a mix of pork and beef. Both mild, yet the Salvadorean being milder.
